Quotes and information on this site
The information on this site is general. A quote request isn't a contract, and we haven't agreed to do any work until we've given you a written quote and you've accepted it. Prices, timelines and scope for each job are set in that written quote.
SMS text messaging terms
Program name: J&N Demolition and Abatement Quote and Job Updates
What you'll get: If you opt in on our quote form, we'll text you about your quote request, scheduling, job updates and follow-up on your job. We don't send marketing texts through this program.
How often: Message frequency varies based on your quote and job.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent isn't required: You don't have to agree to texts to get a quote or hire us.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site, try to break into it, or submit false information through our forms.
Photos and content
The photos, video and text on this site belong to J&N or are used with permission. Don't copy them without asking us.
No warranty
We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we provide it as is and can't promise it will always be available or error free.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, J&N isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this website. Work we do for you is covered by the written agreement for that job.
