Houses, garages, sheds and their foundations, pools, decks and old campers. On full teardowns we start with the permit and the plan, bring the machine in, take it down, sort it and haul it off.

Cleanouts and hauling
Junk, furniture, yard debris and whatever's left in a house before the work starts. Hauling is how we started, and we still do it on its own or before a tear-out.

What affects the cost
Every demo job is priced on its own. These are the things that move the number:
Size. Square footage, number of rooms or stories.
What it's made of. Wood framing, brick, concrete and tile all take different time and equipment.
Hauling. How much gets hauled, and how heavy it is.
Access. Tight lots, stairs, long carries and how close we can park.
What stays. Taking out part of a room carefully takes longer than knocking everything down.
Permits and utility disconnects. On contractor jobs, the contractor handles both.
