When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, job address, details about the job, and any photos or plans you upload. If you apply to work with us, we collect your name, phone number and any experience you share.

We also collect basic information about how you reached and used the site, such as the page you landed on, the website that sent you, and ad campaign tags (UTM parameters and click IDs) in the link you followed. Our website and customer management tools may use cookies or similar technology to do this.

How we use it

• Respond to your quote request and schedule your job

• Understand which ads and pages bring people to us, so we can improve them
• Keep records our business needs

Text messages

If you check the text message box on our quote form, you agree to get text messages from J&N Demolition and Abatement about your quote and your job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. You don't have to agree to texts to get a quote.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer management, phone and text platform and website host, and only so they can do that work for us

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to answer you, do the job and keep business records, then delete it.
